How to use the platform
A 9-step walkthrough from empty repository to crowned champion.
Build your player database
Open Players and add everyone who might compete. Players live in one global pool and follow you across every tournament.
Open Players →Create a tournament
From Tournaments, click New tournament. Give it a name, pick a sport (Badminton, Cricket, Tennis, Chess, Esports…) and team type (Singles / Doubles / Teams).
Open Tournaments →Configure setup
On the Setup page choose the number of encounters (1 = single RR, 2 = home & away), scoring rules, tie-break rule, and playoff format (Top 2 Final, Top 4 Knockout, Top 4 Double Chance or Top 8 Knockout).
Open Setup →Pick the teams playing
On Teams, either quick-register a team by typing a name, or click Build from player DB to pick players. Add an alias to rename the team — otherwise the players' names are used.
Open Teams →Generate the schedule
Click Generate fixtures on Setup or Teams. The Circle-method scheduler creates a balanced round-robin. If anything is wrong (not enough teams, invalid encounters), an error is thrown and shown on screen.
Open Fixtures →Record results
Enter scores match by match or click Simulate all to randomly fill remaining matches. Every entry auto-saves and pushes an audit log entry. Elo ratings update live.
Open Fixtures →Run the playoffs
Once the league is done, go to Playoffs and click Generate bracket. The top teams are seeded automatically based on your tie-break rules. Enter scores and the bracket advances itself.
Open Playoffs →Crown the champion
When the Final is recorded, the champion banner appears. Click Archive season to push it to the Hall of Fame with the team and player names.
Open Playoffs →Export and print
From the sidebar Export menu, download the active tournament as Excel or PDF, take a full JSON backup of every tournament, or use Print current page (with the Printer icon in the header) for a one-page friendly snapshot of any screen.
Open Dashboard →Feature highlights
Everything that makes this platform stand out from a simple spreadsheet or basic bracket tool.
